1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through any approved booking platform.

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please ensure that all information provided when booking is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary for health, safety, or operational reasons.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (No Show) may result in the full appointment fee being charged and may affect future booking privileges.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment where possible.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a missed appointment.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

We accept approved payment methods displayed during booking or at the clinic.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our treatments, completed services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution.

Unused gift vouchers or promotional offers are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Medical Information

Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or other relevant health information before treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being modified, postponed, or refused.

Sugaring by Ali accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.

7. Treatment Suitability

Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone.

We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is considered unsafe or where contraindications exist, including but not limited to:

Active skin infections or irritation
Certain medications affecting the skin
Recent cosmetic procedures
Medical conditions that increase treatment risk

8. Aftercare

Following your treatment, aftercare advice will be provided.

Clients are responsible for following all recommended aftercare instructions.

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment results and increase the risk of irritation or complications.

9. Age Requirements

Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before receiving treatment.

Proof of age or parental consent may be requested where appropriate.
